“When you’re in love with God,
you’re not afraid to yield your life to Him.”

I'm thrilled to announce that I have been accepted to Iris Global's Harvest School of Missions in Pemba, Mozambique for the fall term! This is the fulfillment of something I have been longing for in my heart of hearts for a very long time.

“I don’t want to grow up, I want to grow down.”

I am humbled and excited to attend Harvest School. Mozambique is the sixth-poorest country in the world, but through the work of Heidi and Rolland Baker and Iris Global, the country is changing. In their 20 years of ministry, Iris Global has adopted 7,000 orphans and has planted thousands of village churches. They have various ministries that take care of widows, prisoners, drug addicts, prostitutes, and the poor. The people of Mozambique are so hungry that God works crazy, awesome miracles. Heidi Baker has a gift of healing the Deaf, and the local pastors have such authority – there have been countless healings and resurrections from the dead!! Most amazing of all is how Heidi Baker does not boast in her abilities; she simply loves Jesus. I am eager to learn from and live out the Sermon on the Mount from this ministry.

I will spend 10 weeks in Mozambique, attending classes, worshipping and soaking in God’s presence, developing deeper intimacy with the Lord, and building relationships with the Iris family, children, and Mozambican Bible students. Following Harvest School, I will serve with my Iris family and with my New Mercy family on extended outreaches to Cambodia. I am eager to follow Heidi’s example of stopping for the one, going low and slow, and utterly depending on our Daddy God for all things. Please consider partnering with me in this season of my life!

“Ministry is not about where you are or where you go, it is about where He is.”
